Hotel Paraiso Rocky Point, Rocky Point

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and ideal for families, but there was a slight issue with a drainage smell. The service was friendly overall, although I did witness some staff arguments outside during the night. The location was convenient, safe, and central. The dining experience was good, especially the coffee and cakes. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, but I think there could be improvement in some areas.

The location was very centric, in the middle of everything, but it was wet. The dining experience was good, and the hotel had great coffee and cakes. The hotel facilities were adequate.

It could benefit from adding an AC unit in the common areas and improving the ventilation with a better fan. However, the service was exceptionally professional, attentive, and friendly, ranging from the maids to the waitresses to the manager. The location was very central, making it convenient to access entertainment and various stores, but it could improve by relocating larger commercial vehicles outside the parking area. The dining experience was good with great service, although the range of options could be expanded. Overall, the motel offers a clean and pleasant stay at a reasonable price.
